By purchasing a Big Boss Energy (BBE) Energy Track, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies:

Legal Disclaimer & Client Responsibility

The coaching relationship is collaborative; however, you remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, choices, behaviors, and results during and following coaching.

Big Boss Energy, LLC (BBE) does not make decisions on behalf of clients and does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, business, career, relationship, health, wellness, or other outcome resulting from participation in coaching.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Big Boss Energy, LLC is not responsible or liable for legal, financial, business, career, relationship, health, or personal decisions made by a client based upon or following coaching services.

Coaching Disclaimer

BBE provides life, wellness, executive, and leadership coaching services. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.

BBE does not diagnose, treat, or provide services for mental health or medical conditions. Clients requiring clinical or other professional services should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.

Purchases & Scheduled Sessions

• Following your booking request, BBE will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule your Welcome Call.

• BBE understands circumstances can change. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If a refund is approved, it will apply only to prepaid services that have not yet been used or provided. Services already completed, including coaching sessions, consultations, or other services rendered, are non-refundable.

• Prepaid Energy Tracks are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

• Regular coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date and time between the Coach and Client. Each coaching session will last approximately 60 minutes. Individual coaching sessions and Energy Evaluation Sessions are $275 per session. BBE Energy Tracks are offered at a reduced rate of $250 per session when purchased as part of a coaching track.

• All sessions included in the purchased Energy Track must be completed within this 12-month period.

• Any sessions remaining after the 12-month expiration date will be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Your scheduled coaching time is reserved specifically for you.
BBE requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited session.
A no-call/no-show will result in a forfeited session.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Significant delays may result in the session being considered missed and forfeited.
Whenever possible, please contact your coach if you are running late or unable to attend.
Forfeited sessions are considered used and will not be refunded, credited, rescheduled, or replaced.

Additional Sessions

BBE Energy Tracks are designed around individualized coaching goals and progress. If additional sessions are recommended or requested to support completion of your track or coaching goals, your coach will discuss available options with you. Additional sessions are not included in the original track purchase and will be subject to additional fees.

Communication Between Sessions

BBE welcomes communication regarding scheduling, questions, and your coaching experience.
Your coach will respond during normal business hours as soon as reasonably possible.
Coaching support outside of scheduled sessions is limited unless otherwise included in your Energy Track.
Email, text, and other BBE communication methods are not intended for emergency or crisis support.
If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or believe you or someone else is in danger, please contact 911, 988, or an appropriate emergency or crisis service.

Virtual Coaching & Technology

Virtual coaching provides flexibility and accessibility. You are encouraged to participate from a location where you feel comfortable speaking openly and privately. While BBE takes reasonable steps to protect your privacy, electronic communication and virtual platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Technology issues will be handled reasonably and collaboratively when they occur.

Respectful Coaching Environment

BBE is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional coaching environment. Everyone participating in BBE services is expected to communicate and engage respectfully. BBE reserves the right to discontinue services, without refund, when behavior is threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise compromises a safe and respectful coaching environment.

Age Requirement

BBE coaching services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older unless appropriate authorization has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian.

Website Use

BBE website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Website information is not intended to replace individualized medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services. Use of the BBE website does not, by itself, establish a coaching relationship.

Privacy Policy

BBE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us.

Information We Collect

BBE may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, assessment responses, and information shared when scheduling or participating in coaching services.

How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used to provide coaching services, communicate with you, schedule sessions, process payments, respond to inquiries, and improve BBE services.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as private and confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or when you provide permission to share information.

Information Sharing

BBE does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our business, process payments, schedule services, or comply with legal requirements.

Data Security

BBE takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact BBE to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements.

Website & Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms for services such as payments, scheduling, forms, or website functionality. Those services may have their own privacy policies and practices.

Policy Updates

BBE may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on the BBE website with an updated effective date.

Testimonials, Photos & Marketing

Your story belongs to you. BBE will not use your name, photograph, testimonial, personal story, or other identifying information for promotional or marketing purposes without your permission. Any marketing authorization will be requested separately and is completely optional.

Copyright, Trademark & Intellectual Property

All original content, materials, and intellectual property created and provided by Big Boss Energy, LLC (BBE) are owned by BBE and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, Energy Tracks, coaching frameworks, session materials, handouts, worksheets, assessments, exercises, presentations, training materials, marketing content, website content, graphics, logos, taglines, program names, and other BBE-branded materials.

BBE materials are provided for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, shared, taught, used commercially, or represented as another individual’s or organization’s work without prior written permission from Big Boss Energy, LLC.

The Big Boss Energy name, BBE name, logos, Energy Track names, taglines, and other brand identifiers may constitute trademarks or other proprietary brand assets of Big Boss Energy, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
