Hi, I am Racheal and Welcome to Big Boss Energy !
I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Executive Coach & Mentor, Certified Women’s Wellness Coach, and Certified Change Management Specialist, with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. I’m also continuing my professional development toward an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
But my certifications and credentials are only part of the story.
Once a stay-at-home mom, turned entrepreneur, turned adult student, turned volunteer, I managed to climb the ladder and become an experienced C-suite leader for a statewide mental health nonprofit in less than 10 years. I am a business owner, entrepreneur, a very proud mom of two young adults, and a wife to my best friend of more than 22 years.
In other words, I know what it feels like to wear a lot of capes, or in this case - crowns. Each comes with its own blessings, weight, and responsibilities.
Leader. Mom. Wife. Business professional. Friend. Family member. Problem solver. Decision maker. Career Changer. Supporter. Fighter.
I understand how somehow, we are supposed to give 100% to all of them, 100% of the time.
That’s exactly why I created Big Boss Energy. I am a woman- a Boss Bitch- who wants to help others find their balance, confidence, and energy to own those crowns successfully and with support from someone who truly understands.
Life is not perfect. I have had barriers. I have heard the naysayers question my steps. I have heard the word "no". But I dug deep, straightened my crown, and turned that negativity into one response: Challenge Accepted.
As a C-suite executive, I can relate to you not feeling comfortable telling your board, stakeholders, or other executives you’re struggling with a decision.
And sometimes, even thinking about making another decision is exhausting.
Your team looks to you for support, not the other way around.
And the people you love at home may want to help but don’t always understand the pressure that comes with being the person responsible for leading everyone else, including leading and nurturing them.
We don't want to be a burden and we don't want to be considered weak, so we take it all. As women we feel we have so much to prove, so much to fight for, but who supports us?
